Utilities

If you have a prepayment meter, ring your supplier and they will send you 2 weeks’ worth of gas/electricity or if you have a smart meter they will top you up.

If you need to access healthcare services urgently because you believe you have the COVID-19 virus please use the NHS symptom checker or call 111. To protect others, do not go to your GP Practice, Pharmacy or Hospital.

Health

Urgent Mental Health Support Helpline – 0300 303 3972

Open 24 hours a day, seven-days a week, this helpline is open to people of all ages including children and young people who need urgent mental health support.

Ordering Prescription

Please order your prescriptions online if you can. To register for online access, please contact your GP surgery.

Otherwise, use the prescription letter box outside the medical centre to order your repeat prescriptions. If you do not have a repeat request slip, do not worry. Write a written request with your name, address, date of birth and medication.

Nominating a pharmacy will help to reduce social contact. Do this by contacting the surgery or add a note on your prescription request or online via your patient access account.
