Urgent Mental Health Support Helpline – 0300 303 3972

Open 24 hours a day, seven-days a week, this helpline is open to people of all ages including children and young people who need urgent mental health support.

Ordering Prescription

Please order your prescriptions online if you can. To register for online access, please contact your GP surgery.

Otherwise, use the prescription letter box outside the medical centre to order your repeat prescriptions. If you do not have a repeat request slip, do not worry. Write a written request with your name, address, date of birth and medication.

Nominating a pharmacy will help to reduce social contact. Do this by contacting the surgery or add a note on your prescription request or online via your patient access account.

If you are self isolating and need an urgent prescription and your pharmacy is unable to arrange delivery in time, please ask a friend or relative to collect for you. If you have no other way of obtaining your medication, phone Alsager Community Support helpline on 01270 876605.
